Diploma in Customer Service

Customer service is a role where you provide services and advice to customers who buy your products, use your services and/or are potential customers. The Diploma in Customer Service is designed for those who are interested or are already working in a customer service related role. It is also ideal for those who just want to develop knowledge of this area prior to commencing employment.

It gives students the opportunity to develop their own personal growth and engagement in learning through the development of personal, learning and thinking skills. After achieving the qualification students can continue their studies to college or secure a job in customer service or related fields.


This qualification is offered at the available levels:

  • NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (19+ Advanced Learner Loan or private learner)

Northern Council for Further Education & Council for Awards in Children’s Care and Education (NCFE | Cache)


For NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, this is a 6-month course, minimum. Classes will be held twice a week in a classroom-based environment with proper teaching facilities and equipment.

Course Content

Within this qualification you will study subjects such as: preparation work experience opportunities; manage personal performance and development; communicating with others in the workplace etc.
